I ma...Right now I am munching on double leftovers. I made ratatouille last weekend, a summer favorite. A couple days later I fixed some quinoa and added some of the ratatouille to it to make a salad. Today, I put the leftover quinoa/ratatouille in a skillet and heated it up.
